Where can I see pending customer requests in Approvalify WebDesk?

You can view pending, approved, and rejected customer form submissions in the Customer Lists section of the app dashboard.

This section provides:

  • A clear overview of all customer requests

  • Filter options to view only pending, approved, or rejected entries

  • Tools to manually approve or reject submissions if needed

  • Quick access to customer details submitted through the registration form

The Customer Lists dashboard makes it easy to track, manage, and take action on customer approval requests efficiently.
