Can I bulk import products using CSV in WebDesk Tech Details?

Currently, the app does not support bulk CSV import for managing product-specific details. This means you won't be able to upload a spreadsheet to update information for multiple products at once.

Instead, you'll need to manage product details manually through the app's dashboard:

  1. Log in to the app dashboard.

  2. Select the product you want to manage.

  3. From there, you can add, update, or delete the custom product details for that specific item.


This process needs to be repeated for each product individually.

These product details are displayed on the frontend product page, positioned below the main product description. This allows your customers to view any additional or custom information you’ve added about the product directly on the storefront.
