Getting Started with WebDesk WooSmart Product Sync

This guide will help you connect your WooCommerce store and sync all products to Shopify using WebDesk WooSmart Product Sync.

Step 1: Set Up WooCommerce API Details

• Open the WooSmart Product Sync module

• Enter your WooCommerce API credentials:

  • Store URL

  • Consumer Key

  • Consumer Secret

• Click “Connect” to establish a secure connection to your WooCommerce store

Step 2: Load WooCommerce Products

• Once connected, the app will automatically fetch all products from your WooCommerce store

• You will see the product list displayed in the interface, including titles, SKUs, and stock status

Step 3: Start the Import Process

• Click the “Start Import” button to begin syncing products into your Shopify store

• The import process will run in the background, syncing product data such as:

  • Title

  • Description

  • SKU

  • Price

  • Inventory

  • Images

• Import status and progress will be shown on screen
