This guide will walk you through importing WooCommerce orders into Shopify using the WebDesk Smart Order Import tool.

Step 1: Set Up WooCommerce API Details

  • Navigate to the WooCommerce API Settings section in the app

  • Enter the following credentials from your WooCommerce store:

    • Store URL

    • Consumer Key

    • Consumer Secret

  • You can see the documentation to get the WooCommerce API details here

  • Click “Authorize WordPress Access” to validate and link your store

Step 2: Orders Will Be Fetched for Import

  • Once connected, the app will automatically begin fetching orders from your WooCommerce store

  • You’ll see a list of all available orders to be imported

Step 3: View Imported Orders List

  • All fetched orders will be displayed in a sortable and searchable list

  • You can review the order ID, customer name, status, and more before starting the import

Step 4: Click “Start Import”

  • Click the “Start Import” button to begin processing orders into your Shopify store

  • Orders will be imported one by one to maintain accuracy and avoid conflicts

Step 5: Pause Import at Any Time

  • You can pause the import at any stage

  • This is helpful if you want to resume later or need to troubleshoot a specific order

Step 6: Manage Start & End Order Count

  • In the import settings, define the start and end range of order IDs to control which orders are included in the import

  • Useful for importing in batches or skipping already-migrated data

You’re All Set

Your WooCommerce orders can now be migrated to Shopify in a controlled, seamless way using WebDesk Smart Order Import.
