How do I import orders in bulk using the Smart Phone Order app?

You can import multiple orders at once using the Bulk Order Import feature. This allows you to upload a properly formatted CSV file to automatically add orders to your store.

Steps to Import Orders in Bulk:

1. Go to the Bulk Order module from the app dashboard.
   

2. Download the sample CSV file by clicking the link in the top-right corner.
   

3. Review the sample format to understand the structure and required fields.

4. Remove the sample data and replace it with your actual order data, following the same format.

5. Upload your file using the "Import Order File" input field on the left panel.

6. Once uploaded, the app will preview all imported data on the screen.

7. Click "Start Import" to begin processing the orders.

8. If needed, you can pause the import process at any time.

This feature makes it easy to manage large volumes of orders efficiently.
